Alan D. Almengual MD
Dr Almengual is a graduate of Emory University, the University of South Florida College of Medicine, and he finished his residency in Anesthesiology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He has 30 years of experience in trauma anesthesia, obstetrical anesthesia, general adult and pediatric anesthesia. He lives and works locally in the Tampa Bay Area. He wants to provide all the clients at InVigorate IV a safe and professional experience.
Judith Allard
Judith Allard has been a registered nurse since 1992. She received her Master’s in Anesthesiology from Barry University in Miami in 1997 and has been practicing as a Nurse Anesthetist since then in the St. Petersburg/Tampa area. She understands the importance of maintaining health and fitness. She looks forward to being able to provide a service she believes will help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Scott
If you haven’t met Scott, you will quickly learn he loves to sing, which is why he used to be in a choir performing at Christmas shows in St. Pete. He’s a Florida native and after ten years in the military, he learned he is happiest when helping others and on top of the mountains snowboarding and hiking! He is married to Alisha and they have a beautiful son named Logan. After their son was born, he realized there was a need for IV hydration Therapy in the community, and with his RN experience, he decided to push forward and open InVigorate IV.
Alisha
Alisha is a frequent Pilates contrologist at Rare Body and also loves hiking in the mountains. She did grow up in Florida and started her college career at St. Pete College. As the owner of InVigorate IV, wife, and mother of a wonderful boy, she is able to manage all the time while still serving the community as a nurse here in town.
Lynette
Lynette is originally from Michigan and has made St. Petersburg home for the last 3 years. She brings over two decades of emergency medicine experience to the table and is now a skilled Registered nurse and event coordinator for InVigorate IV. She has been with us for almost three years, and she is passionate about helping others out and ensuring the success of events through meticulous planning and execution. She is dedicated to making you feel your absolute best, whatever the occasion may be, so contact her today to host your own private party/event.

Brittany
Brittany is a Florida native who has lived in St.Petersburg for the last 10 years. She has six years of experience as a Registered Nurse with specialties in medical-surgical, psychiatric, emergency, and IV infusion nursing. She has been a part of the InVigorate IV team for two years. We have come to really love Brittany as a part of the team for her attention to detail and calm demeanor. When she isn’t in the office you may often find her showing that same attention to detail with horticulture and ceramics.
